Barry Monds has been part of the Harcourts Te Aroha team since 2000 and specialises in residential and lifestyle properties. He has also been known to dabble a bit in the local commercial market place when the need arises. Being able to match people with properties is the key to Barry’s success in real estate.

Prior to real estate Barry owned and operated the local Shell Service Station (then known as Monds Service Station) for ten years and before that he was a mechanic at the then ‘Thames Valley Motors’ for seventeen years. Born and bred in Te Aroha “Mondsy” is a member of the local Volunteer Fire Brigade and in his spare time is a keen fisherman or can be found tinkering with cars in his garage!

Jacki Revell cut her entrepreneurial teeth running a hair salon in Paeroa, before making her foray into real estate. She joined Harcourts in 1998, and then built on her experience by working for another company over a period of 6 years. Soon afterwards Jacki found herself back in her hometown of Te Aroha, “like a boomerang,” she muses.

As Branch Manager of Harcourts Te Aroha, and owner of the café next door (Ironique), Jacki gets a kick out of using her business and marketing skills. “I enjoy figuring out vendor motivation and helping people realise their goals. Real estate is a natural fit for me. Being able to work for myself, and with people, is a great combo.”

Allison Ward is the most recent addition to the Harcourts Te Aroha team. A fresh face in Real Estate having completed her salesperson certificate in February 2010.

Allison is actively involved in the community having served on many committees including Te Aroha Business Association, Stanley Avenue School PTA and Elstow Playschool where she is the programme co-ordinator.
